Where is Mapperri jewelry made?

Our Jewelry is made by trusted manufacturers from Thailand, Italy, and US.

What materials are used for jewelry?

We use recycled silver and gold for casted jewelry. Our metals and supply chain are monitored
by Responsible Jewellery Council from mine to retail. We are committed to using only traceable gold, silver, and gemstones. Each of our suppliers is verified by respected organizations such as the Responsible Jewellery Council, Sedex, Thai Gem and Jewelry Association, or the Japan Pearl Exporters’ Association, ensuring utmost transparency.


Can I cancel or change my order?

Certainly. If your order hasn't been handed over to our dispatch team, we can accommodate cancellation requests. To do so, please Contact Us. However, if your order is already in the process of being dispatched or has been shipped, we invite you to refer to our Return Policy to manage the return once you receive the item. It's essential to note that all custom-made, final sale, and personalized items are exempt from cancellations or returns. If you're uncertain about an item's eligibility for cancellation or return, please reach out to us before placing your order.


How do I know if you received my order?

Upon placing an order with Mapperri, you'll receive an order confirmation at the registered
email address. If you haven't received it or believe there might have been an error with your email address, please reach out to our customer care team for assistance.

All orders are shipped from the United States.

 Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide. While we ship to many locations globally, there are still some countries and regions currently outside our shipping perimeter. We are working diligently to extend our reach as swiftly as possible.

At present, we do not ship to the following areas.

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping to United States. For other regions, shipping costs vary and will be presented clearly at checkout for your convenience.

Return & Exchange

Can I return or exchange my pieces?

Yes. We pride ourselves on a hassle-free return policy. You have the flexibility to exchange
or return your pieces within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that returned items are unworn and in their original packaging. Do note that this policy does not extend to custom orders, special orders, final sale items or pieces that have been engraved. For further specifics, please visit our Return page.

We also offer extended holiday return. Orders placed from November 10th to December 25th in the same year are eligible for our extended holiday return policy. Unworn and undamaged pieces in their original package is allowed 60 days for return.


Are returns or exchanges free?

Yes. We cover all costs for returns or exchanges. You won't incur any shipping fees, and you'll receive a full refund promptly upon our receipt of your package.


How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Simply visit our Contact Us page or send an email with your order number to customer@mapperri.com. We'll promptly provide you with a return label and detailed shipping instructions.


When can I expect my refund?

Once we receive and verify the returned piece in our atelier, you can expect a full refund within a maximum of 10 business days.


What is your Warranty policy?

Every Mapperri piece is backed by a 1-year warranty, specifically covering manufacturing defects. It's important to note that this warranty does not extend to damages from accidents, scratches due to normal wear, or instances of improper use.


Stretched string thread is a natural occurrence for pearl or beaded items over time. Should you require re-stringing for pearl or bead necklaces, please Contact Us to avail our re-stringing service. While re-stringing isn't covered as a product defect, we offer a special rate for our customers.

Gift Wrap

Can I have my order gift-wrapped?

Absolutely! All our orders are elegantly presented in Mapperri’s jewelry box accompanied by
fillers. Should you desire a handwritten note, kindly Contact Us your message within 12 hours of placing your order.


What payment methods do you accept?

We provide a variety of payment options for your convenience. This includes most major credit cards and several payment gateways like PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, Amazon Pay, and Shop Pay.
