Return Policy

You have 30 days from the receipt of your item to initiate a return, provided that the item is in its original condition and packaging. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn or unused, with tags intact and in the original packaging.

To start a return, please Contact Us or email us at customer@mapperri.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back. Items sent without a return request will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items are not returnable.
Custom orders may not be returnable. In some cases, they can be returned but will not be eligible for a full refund. A re-stocking fee will apply, which varies from 20-50% depending on the product. We will reach out to confirm with you via email the non-refundable or re-stocking fee details before proceeding with your custom order.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive your preferred item is to return the original and place a new order for the replacement. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item. For assistance, Contact Us or email us with your order number at customer@mapperri.com.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

For orders within the United States, we offer various shipping options based on the nature of your item:

  • In-Stock Items: Shipped within 1-3 business days.
  • Assemble-to-Order Items: These items, which include tasks such as pearl stringing or final settings, take 5-7 business days to assemble and ship.
  • Made-to-Order Items: For jewelry pieces that involve metal casting and custom craftsmanship, the timeline extends to 3-5 weeks, allowing us to meet both your expectations and our high-quality standards.

We offer free ground shipping for orders over $150 within the United States. Shipments are made via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, with delivery typically occurring within 3-7 business days, depending on your location.


International Shipping
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees for international orders are calculated at checkout based on your destination country. You’ll see the fees upfront with no surprises.
  • Delivery Timeline: Delivery times vary depending on your country and region. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs and import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
