Return Policy

You have 30 days from the receipt of your item to initiate a return, provided that the item is in its original condition and packaging. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like jewelry care goods, and customized & personalized products including personalized engravement. We also do not accept returns for Final Sale items.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Contact Us or send send us an e-mail with your order number to Our customer service team will assist you with the best way.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

For all orders within the United States, we provide tailored shipping options based on the nature of the item you've chosen:

  • Items in Stock: Ready to find a new home, these pieces are shipped within 1-3 business days from the time of order.
  • Assemble to Order Items: These pieces are assembled (such as strung pearls or final settings) after an order is placed. The process for these items takes 5-7 business days before they are ready to ship.
  • Made to Order Items: For jewelry that starts from metal casting and involves a highly personalized crafting process, the shipping timeline extends to 3-5 weeks. This allows for the meticulous creation of your piece to meet both your expectations and our standards of quality.

    We offer free ground shipping for orders over $150 exclusively within the United States, utilizing services from USPS, UPS, and FedEx. This ensures your items are delivered safely to your doorstep within 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

    International Shipping
    • Shipping Fees: For our international customers, shipping fees are applied based on your country and region. These fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout, offering transparency and no surprises.
    • Delivery Timeline: The arrival time for international orders varies greatly depending on the destination. Please be aware that international shipments may also be subject to customs and import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
